My name is Jason Grossman, and I’m the founder of the Surge Institute. Over the last two decades, I’ve built four multi–7-figure businesses from scratch, coached thousands of entrepreneurs across the globe, and helped hundreds of coaches and agency owners scale to $20K, $50K, even $100K+ months.

But it wasn’t always this way. I grew up with nothing, struggled to make ends meet, and at one point even found myself homeless. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, burned out, and unsure if success will ever come. That’s exactly why I’m so passionate about creating systems that give business owners clarity, confidence, and freedom.

Along the way, I’ve travelled to more than 50 countries, written books, and mentored coaches, consultants, and agencies in every niche you can imagine.
